He is holding Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Mzumbe University and is Certified Public Account (CPA (T)). Aziz has more than 17 years working experience in different capacities. He is highly experienced in handling accounts and in presenting results of operations and overseeing all key finance operational matters. He is skilled in developing and implementing standardized policies and procedures, designing effective internal control system, handling audit and investigation assignments. He has proven expertise in driving efficiency and productivity through evaluation of business performance and financial management systems, implementation of process improvements, cash management and Tax Management. He is adept in formulation of strategic investments and financial plans for strengthening the financial leverage of the businesses and providing high-quality, professional financial advice on all key business issues
